Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions are simple. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed and approved by management. In most cases if we have started working on your project payments will not be refundable. We will work hard to give you a satisfactory product and be completely transparent with you. We will make absolute sure that you understand our process. We encourage you to ask questions about your project. We will also provide you with a proof of your Memorial and will not move forward until you authorize us to proceed. You will be provided an invoice with the terms and conditions attached and will require a signature of approval.
